The latest and most proven techniques have been incorporated into Eviniz, and we have therefore not been limited by previous structures or technical debt in old code.

Technically, it is a single system where access to individual elements can be selected or deselected. Access is controlled by permissions, so users only have access to what they are allowed to see and work with.

Eviniz aims to be the solution provider that others look to and measure themselves against.

Documents  

Here, we identified four particular things: collaboration with the customer on missing documents, signing documents with a digital signature, overview via my page, and a faster and more manageable way to work with the forms. Especially the latter has been a request from brokers for many years.

We have made it intuitive and easy to work with the Legal forms. You simply enter the data directly into the forms, which are then saved and reused where required. In addition to the ease, there is also a significant time-saving.

The system’s user interface also becomes more manageable, as many of the input fields are now moved into the forms where they are needed. For the first time ever, it has become possible to work with the forms directly from a tablet or mobile phone via the broker app.

The idea for messages originally stemmed from the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Today, brokers send emails and SMS messages to their customers – but according to legislation, emails must be encrypted, and it must be possible to document that all emails/SMS messages are deleted when the customer no longer wishes to be a customer. A requirement that no one is able to comply with using manual methods.

In addition, especially young people (future homebuyers) have a completely different way of communicating. Many do not have an email address, but communicate through Messenger or similar platforms.

We came up with the idea of merging email, SMS, and Messenger into a messaging module in Eviniz. The messages are automatically linked to the customer and the case – and can therefore be deleted automatically when the documentation requirement expires or when the customer wishes to exercise their rights. Messages are read on my page if you have the app installed. Otherwise, you will receive an email and/or an SMS message with the message.

The broker only needs to write to the customer, and the system will automatically figure out how to get the message to the customer. Additionally, the problem of emails not reaching the recipient is solved, as well as for large emails with attachments. You can also see if the recipients have read the message.

The system is built with GDPR by design and helps you comply with regulations surrounding the collection and use of personal data.

Leads

Based on an analysis of thousands of leads, we discovered a clear correlation between the speed of a broker’s response and the commissioning success rate. Today, inquiries typically arrive in the inbox as an email.

Here, we identified how we could create a solution using well-established techniques that would send the lead, such as a sales valuation, directly to the broker’s mobile phone. With just a few clicks, the broker can access all the data on the client’s property, make a call to the customer, create the case, set up the customer, book the valuation meeting, and send a personalized confirmation to the client.

In addition to streamlining the workflow, this solution enables the broker to provide better customer service and ensures that both the case and the customer are accurately entered into the system from the start. This results in a more efficient process, allowing the broker to serve clients more effectively and ensure a positive start to the collaboration.
